Private Residence

Hilton Hotel is nice But Private UNIT 2110 looks run down ; do not know how they get away with renting unit. seems as if Hilton doesn't maintain standards on private units. i refused to stay and never got refunded as promised. Be aware of owner and there false promise.

I arrived and checked in around 10:30pm to find a dirty room. Hair all over the shower floor and more hair and dirt all over the bathtub, so clearly neither had even been wiped out. There was no top sheet on the bed (you know they never remove and clean the duvet) and the fitted sheet had a spot that you could see and FEEL, so obviously it had also not been washed. The finishes were not nice. Only one set of dingy towels was included. There was a kitchenette but the fridge was dirty and missing the parts that make up the freezer but clearly had some defrosting issues. I refused to sleep in the dirty sheets and bathroom so I left. I contacted the owner as instructed before I left that night and never heard back, and I emailed them and got me response. So looks like I’ll be paying for that

FALSE ADVERTISED, but also dirty, smelly and not ready for my check-in time. I booked a beach front unit with an ocean view. It wasn’t. There was no beach outside the window - there was another building there. The room was disgusting. Bathroom was dirty and smelled terribly (they gave me room freshener lol), tub was broken, shower leaked all over the floor and the door to the next unit had no isolation so I could hear the person talking there like they were in the same unit with me. I left after my first night and they said they will not refund me for the 4 nights I paid for.

Rooms are nice but everything else is bit miserable. There is no other real parking option than valet ($45/day). Hilton front desk WILL NOT help with anything. You have to contact the individual owner (mine was a terrible communicator). Oh yeah, no soap, dirty towels...

Just recently booked a Studio King Suite with Ocean View here & overall the quality of the experience was top notch! The only thing that keeps me from giving this place 5 stars was the the little critter I found alive in our Suite inside a glass vase.
