This is our first time staying at Prince of Tucson Rv Park. We were there from June- November. The RV park is conveniently right off of the highway and the area is very quiet with a beautiful view, surrounded by mountains. Rhonda, who works in the office was extremely kind and helpful and so are all of the team members that work there. The park in the pool area were always clean. The lot spaces were decent sized and not stacked on top of each other. I would definitely recommend staying at this park and if we are ever back in town, we will be back.

Stayed here approximately 5 times now and all times have been great. No complaints what so ever. Clean bathrooms, showers and the RV sites are well kept. People here are nice and approachable. All expectations of the renter are respectively acknowledged. If you have bikes, a very well taken care of bike path is close by. Rides along the Rialto River.

Good stuff/Not so good stuff. Pros: Rhonda! Welcoming, professional, efficient. Friendly community of mixed ages; some permanent residents, some passing through. Close to downtown. Big empty field outside the park boundaries that dogs can run around on. Cons: only a couple, but these really brought the experience down. The park is near a waste treatment plant. When the wind is wrong, it smells like raw sewage The bathrooms and especially the showers are disgusting. Mold, wads of hair piled up on n the corner of one shower stall, not clean.

Even though this park is right off the highway, you don’t hear highway noises. It is close to many shops & restaurants. There is a mixture of old & new, temporary & permanent RV’s. Some of the facilities are older. It has two laundry rooms that take debit cards for payment. The staff is friendly & helpful.

Had a great 2 month stay, convenient to the interstate while still feeling tucked away. Front office all extremely helpful and friendly! Pool was much appreciated.
