What a disgrace. I have come to learn while someone was in need of emergency housing. While walking in the room with them. State agency has approved of these kinds of living conditions and places families with small children? Much less, how has the health department overlooked these living conditions and allowed them to operate. Why hasn't anyone reported this to the BBB. If social services can hand out vouchers once these families are placed in permanent housing to buy a bed, TV, dresser, kitchenware, amongst other approved household items. Why can't they have vouchers to fund beds, linens, and towels for a place reserved for their purposesI have been told this place solely vacant to emergency housing victims thru Gloucester county social services. They should be required to spend 1 mand

good rates for ppl who are surviving day to day.

I was here for emergency housing. Small comfortable place. It was cozy and. safe! Rarely overnighters. Weekly stays here became long term for 90٪of rooms everyone there look out for each other. No housekeeping. No laundry but close to stores. Management was friendly and watched out for our safety and respected us.

Beds were comfortable clean spaces rooms huge bathrooms with rent handicapped accessible. Heating and air conditioning works good. Water takes a little while to warm up but it does get hot. Minor repairs were needed to be done to the sink. Towels were small and toiletries were minimum two small pieces of soap that's it.

Cheep but nothing to write home about u get what u pay for
