Prime Inn

Went to cape may area for a Red Knight motorcycle run on sun. Checked for hotel/motels in area. Found one stating $76 for the night. Got to the hotel was charged $126 for the room. Attendant refused to give the room for the stated price. This is bullshit.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! What a HORRIBLE experience!!! The lady who works in the office is horrible comes to window like just rolled out of bed after calling and ringing the bell for 10 min! The room reaks the fridge smelt like pot there is a pool they keep it closed cant even use it!! Forget it if u want to shower the shower head sprays everywhere but on you and so weak took me forever to try to get soap out of my hair!!! You walk outside and get high off the pot smell there are buckets that they have sitting under air conditioners that have all black mold in them oh and to top it off we walked outside and mice trying to get in our room!!! And forget it u want sleep u mide as well sleep on a concrete sidewalk cuz thats what the beds feel like!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!! Horrible hotel and horrible

Just checked in. Stayed there many times. After being in the room for 30 minutes they kicked me out (and the couple in the next room) saying they already booked all the rooms. Then she couldn’t figure out how to credit my card. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

My best friend, her young son and I stayed at the Prime Inn midweek for two nights. I found it to be the perfect place for us. First of all, the price was right. Though more than she had been quoted over the phone, the price was eventually reduced as the gentleman at the front desk granted her a military discount. The room was small but very clean. There was a nice sized refrigerator, and a microwave. The bathroom was small, but very clean with a shower. We needed a third set of towels and the overnight staff provided me with a set without incident. The next night the third set was left without me asking for it. Most of our time was spent in and around Cape May so this setting was perfect as we returned mainly to get two peaceful nights' sleep. I was thrilled the air conditioner

Terrible. A 9 yr old kid who couldn't speak English Put me on the phone with a lady that told me my reservation was cancelled. I tried calling because Expedia couldn't get in touch with them for a refund and the kid with no English tells me no manager. Couldn't even talk to anyone. No reason no explanation just told me they could not do the reservation. Had to book another hotel and haven't gotten refund yet. 0 stars
