PREMIER RV PARK | ROYSE CITY, TX

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I can say it’s such a great spot. Close to the city and the highway but without the noise. It’s down a private road and it’s quite and calm. The new owners seem to be very understanding and friendly. This park is a great mixture of laid back living but enough rules to keep it nice and peaceful.

I'm Thomas young. I've had the greatest pleasure residing here! I loved my lot because it was spacious and my view was amazing. The owners are amazing!! If I didn't have to go, I would stay as the other park stayers are cool also. If anything is needed, just simply let the owners know and the will take care of it. Communication is excellent. Find out for yourself. I highly recommend PRP to anyone looking to stay at a very low key and relaxing, safe RV park. Premier is the place to be!!! Have a great day.

I am a single woman (pooch in tow) & travel in my RV about 6 months of the year and have stayed at all kinds of RV parks across the US. Many of them claim to be premier, as this one is named, but let me tell you what makes this RV park premier is one of the owner/operators Paula. What a gem!! The park itself seems to me to be about 80%+ full timers, going to work and coming home. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, and it is quiet, not a lot going on, maybe someone grilling or something but that was perfect for me. Laundry (4 wash & 4 dry $2.50 ea.), RV park sized gym and a beautiful little dog area that my pooch loved, bags for your pet included. Beautiful little pond and I heard good fishing. Premier RV Park in Royce City has exceeded our expectations, providing us with all the amenities we require, including full service hookups. Adjacent to the office, there is a laundry facility and a gym area for our convenience. A stunning pond with a lovely fountain and stocked fish is a bonus. For our furry friends, there is a dog park area near the entrance. The park is immaculately maintained and always tidy They offer really good wifi service as well. Paula, the owner, is a consummate professional who warmly welcomed our family. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. When you're in the Royse City area, come and see for yourself. We had one of the biggest lots(Corner) in the park. The management, refused to acknowledge our complaint about the neighbor having a truck load of absolute garbage that stunk so bad. He also would put all his animals feces in the back of his truck. We now moved a mile down the road, to a much cleaner and peaceful atmosphere. We are very easy going people, and found this place to "Not Care" at all. The office is barely open and rules need to be enforced drastically.
