Holiday Inn Express & Suites Royse City - Rockwall, an IHG Hotel

Everything about my stay was unexpectedly nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is awesome, Sumun is great. It's conveniently located and easy to find. Will absolutely be back!

We love this hotel. The staff and service go above and beyond to make your experience amazing !! Front desk always friendly greet you when you walk in and always smiling !! They are so kind and accommodating. A+ ! Carrisa in the kitchen is so kind. Her breakfast is amazing. She is always smiling and so friendly and accommodating to the guests..she goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. A+. I recommend this hotel to all my family’s and friends.

Positive: Nice hotel with comfortable beds and good location. Negative: Everything was great until checkout. I went down to check out at 5:00am. There was no one at the desk but I could hear voices in the kitchen area. It took asking twice and 10 minutes to get the guy to come check me out and he was rude left bad experience

As an IHG Member this was one of the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever visited. Its clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing and friendly. The General Manager is engaging and know what service is supposed to feel like. I will be back.

I had such a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The hotel has a fresh, modern style décor that makes it feel so comfortable and welcoming. The coffee machine was amazing, and the breakfast really sets this place apart, such a great variety and quality to start the day. I’ll definitely be back for the holidays. Highly recommend staying here!
