I went to a bridal show and registered for a vacation. I was called and offered a package from Premier Guest Resorts. We booked our first vacation to Cancun, for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful everything was included. I was told up front that there was an extra fee for the all inclusive which was totally worth it. I almost canceled because of the online reviews, but the representative was up front with me told me everything. You can't believe eveything you read. Im so glad I didn't, I wouldn't have my first year anniversary trip and another third trip to look forward to.

I had the pleasure of talking with Alicia today. It is my first vacation that is going to be so far from home. She took the time to answer all of my questions and breakdown what to expect. She was very professional and courteous. She made me feel comfortable and now I’m not as anxious. Truly outstanding customer service. She deserves a raise!!!!!
