Excellent stay overall. The property was well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The service was professional and prompt, and the environment felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

😊: Nothing. 😢: Everything it was gross. Pee on seat when we walked in. Duct tape on the heating unit to hold it on. Outlets wiggly. Sheets definitely did not smell clean at all..

The location is fantastic if you want to be near the USD campus. The staff was friendly, but you had to call them, nobody at the desk when I got here. The breakfast had a very small selection. My room had a funky smell to it and the beds are extremely soft. Like if you sit to fast, you will feel the box spring. The bathroom needs some serious help. Rusty door frame and towel rack. The towel rack is falling off the wall. The towels are thin. Water damage on the wall also. Three furniture needs to be cleaned. Dust on the TV stand and the night stand was not clean. 3 stars I think is being generous.

The price was great, was cheaper than the other hotels in town. Clean room and quite that's all a person needs. Thank You Prairie Inn!

Customer service is atrocious. Check in process is like getting the third degree. No hot water ever in sink or shower. Room|towels are damp and like one ply. Air quality in guest rooms is toxic. Staffing is minimal. Even the breakfast area coffee machine had issues. Breakfast offerings are kinda ick.
