We ended up not staying due to the man who answered the phone when we arrived to meet us was rude all cause he had to get up and come to the office at 7pm We left Went to Pine Island Rv resort Amazing customer service and beautiful view and perfect phone reception

Selective enforcement of park rules depending on your economic status..and clique ie..no boat trailers allowed or dogs off leash unless your in the cool guy clique. Absolutely no amenities outside of a crappy shower house and web, spider, trash filled laundry room

We have rented both large and small cabins in the St. John's River Campground. NOTE: the campground is NOT on the river, but it is in easy walking distance. Kitchens are pretty well-equipped, but bring your staple utensils/needs (cutting board, sharp knives) if you plan on serious cooking. They provide sheets, but bath towels are up to you. We also bring our own pillows. Large cabins have a screened-in porch, but we spent more time in the covered area (sort of a carport), which had ceiling fans and was very pleasant, even in July. Great location if you want to check out a variety of springs or Ocala National Forest. The supermarket in town is pretty well-stocked; we usually go up to the market in Fort McCoy, which has really great meat.

Super friendly. Great place to launch your boat from your camping place. Great location. Nice launch ,not a lot of current at the boat ramp. Spacious and great area over all
