Powdermill Inn

This completely, self serve establishment exceeded all my expectations. We rented the 3 queen room. 2 queen beds on the 1st floor, with a loft for the third bed! It was very clean, had very reasonable prices, and a crazy amount of things you may need, like dishes, pans, silverware, and apartment-size stove and fridge!

My rental was off season and may not reflect on season (ski) rental service. Rooms were clean and quiet with somewhat dated furnishings. All room amenities were functional. No local desk attendant but the process to gain access to the room was very easy.

Excellent value for a great room, in a perfect location, we had everything we needed and didn't have any issues at all.

The perfect room for my 2-night stay with my pup! Super spacious, mini sink/fridge/micro, TV, and fully stocked. I brought all my own stuff but nice to have in case I forgot something. I've been coming to the UP for years and never knew about this place, will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed not having to check in or out and the location was great, zero noise from traffic. The bad: Room 212 had a ceiling fan in the loft that i couldnt get to turn on and an outlet near AC that didnt work. The bathroom was a bit dated, anf the towels were past their service life (takes multiple to dry off) and had a bit of a smell to them.
