Potsdam Inn

Was able to get me into a vacant room when I called past midnight (travel plans fell through). I ended up staying two nights, employees were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable!

Great place to stay while dropping the kids off to college. Clean rooms and very friendly service and the perfect location because you know the kids are going to ask you to pick them up something from Walmart.

My family and I visited Potsdam to view the total solar eclipse and we had a wonderful time from beginning to end. The staff was very welcoming, our room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the space so much we decided to stay right on their spacious lawn to have a picnic and view the eclipse instead of traveling into town. There was a lot of room for our son to run around and play. We had a really great time and would absolutely stay there again!

I’m giving 5 because I know this is a locally owned business, the rooms are super clean as well as the outside property. The people in the office are pleasant to deal with, coffee and muffins for breakfast. The rooms are dated as far as linens and tv but still well maintained the only negative thing is the beds, super cheap and uncomfortable. I know rates are cheap but linen quality and a good mattress should be standard in any accommodation. Overall had a good stay and hope when we return in the future different beds are here.
