Poteete Creek Camp Ground

This is everything you’d expect from a county campground. The help is super friendly and helpful, the views are beautiful around the lake. And it’s a bit dated but we’d definitely go again. Cash or check only $40 a night and you have to call for a reservation. Old school and simple 🥰

Love this Campground. Family oriented, peaceful, quite, and clean campground. Boat dock near by . Great pavillion , beach, grills, park, restrooms available. The host are the best , Robert and Judy thank you .

We liked that there are two different playgrounds with equipment that’s geared to different ages. Shade from the trees and benches are nice for the adults to sit and not be in the hot sun. We didn’t use them but noticed there were handicap accessible swings.
