so when you first walk in the main entrance, its super nice! wonderful fire place, nice front desk, nothing bad at all! when we got to our rooms it wasn't great, the bathroom was not clean, stuff was on the floor, and it had a really bad smell. it definitely was not worth the money. we walked around once we got settled in and there was food on the floor again, by the fish tank, the employees at the front desk were super nice, but the other ones were just rude and always had a rbf. it wasn't very welcoming either. the toboggan was super fun, but if you dont have anything else to do except just sit in your room, its not very fun. i would recommend coming in the summer because theres more stuff to do. all the arcades were down, the pool was also gross and gross stuff on the ground, the arts a

Let's start with check in. We were told they were fully booked, with check in time at 4pm, they had 1 person running the desk at 4pm. We had 23 people staying in several rooms, after waiting 45 minutes in line, some of our group was told their room was not clean and they would have to wait. They did not get to their rooms till 6pm. ||Our room, temperature is NOT adjustable. Bathroom was smaller than my camper Bathroom. Beds were comfortable.||New Year's Eve party. This is our 3rd year coming for this and have always been impressed in the past. We were fully let down this year. Set up was poor, where food was located, it was dark and unable to see. Our supposed photo booth/ location was a pinned up curtain. And was also dark so picture taking was poor. ||Hot tub wasn't hot ,

The inn was beautiful, you walk into a welcoming warm environment with a blazing fireplace (screened for safety). Decor was authentic and well thought out. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The dining room and foyer to the dining room was absolutely breath taking for any nature/history enthusiast. We visited for the Toboggan Run and ended up staying an additional evening to enjoy the view, hiking and the nature center. We also found the Monster Truck Museum about 20 miles out which our kids loved. This state park has inspired us to venture out and explore the many others in our state! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!!

I thought that the historic side of the hotel would be nice, quiet, and pretty, like you do when something is advertised as historic. It is not. The room was tiny, only one side of the bed had a nightstand. When we were leaving we found someone else's trash under the bed and pills!!! The shower head leaked and it the whole room needed a good cleaning. I was so excited for the hot tub and I was severely disappointed. The floor around the pool and hot tub was disgusting and gritty. The pool and hot tub really needed to be cleaned as there was debris all over the bottoms. The sauna was worse and there was mold. The arcade room need quarters for any game, which to be fair I was expecting, but I figured it is worth mentioning. The "library" has less books than I do in my house. Even with the wi
