Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

I was super excited to come here and celebrate my gfs birthday. We knew it would be snowy and rainy but had no idea that the property isn’t salted properly. You need a 4 wheel drive no questions asked but even those cars were getting stuck. The whole driveway to our cabin was solid ice. When we tried to call for help they send someone to tell us to tow our car because they could not help. So, we had to wait 3 hours for a towing company. I will say our neighbors were super nice they tried to help. The cabin itself its okay. You get two pans for cooking, a few knifes, and a tea kettle. You can definitely cook and it’s more than enough space. It’s cute but nothing out of this world for the money we paid. Great for a peaceful getaway, but it's not as I expected. I thought it would be a cabin hidden away in a lush forest with complete privacy. It is not. It is a pretty large cabin community off a gravel road. You see all cabins the while driving to yours and you'll also see people sitting outside and grilling. Once settled in, the windows for your cabin are not in the line of sight of other cabins, so it is private in that regard, but you may hear your neighbors if you're outside at the same time. You'll definitely see them if they're outside when you're coming and going. My cabin didn't have a mirror, but that was the only thing that seem odd to leave out of the accommodations. Katelynn, Stephanie, Lee and Nicole were very much accommodating on my first time staying at a Postcard cabin in the eastern part of the Catskills!! I was a bit skeptical at first being cold but Katelyn assured me and communicated with all the details!! Stephanie had my room nice and ready!! Lee was responsive immediately with any requests and Nicole delivered within seconds!! Cabin was cozy, clean and warm. Shower was surprisingly great for a trailer!! Hot cocoa, picture window and outdoor fire made it even better!! Thank you for a great stay and hope to see you soon!!

We had such a great time at the Postcard Cabins. We stayed for a few nights and had the loveliest snowy view the whole time. The cabin is perfect for two people and smelled like new wood, making it even cozier. As you can see in the website photos, the kitchen and space is small but you can easily bring some groceries to prepare food for a few days (there is no oven oven or microwave, so just be prepared for stovetop or fire pit cooking). Management was super friendly & responsive and even restocked the pour-over coffee packets/snacks/complimentary s’mores kits/etc, each day. The surrounding area was very peaceful and the fire pit was so fun to have - it was a great way to get outside for some fresh air. The perfect escape. If you are curious about tiny home this will convince you to go for it. If you love nature and connecting with nature and your loved one this is the place. If you love peace and quiet and nature this is it. Very clean very smart designed small cabins perfectly equipped for u to relax n enjoy the stay fully. Has lights, outlets, stove , cups kettles , a fridge , ac and heat flush toilet clean shower towels etc full hotel ready setup just a small cozy perfect stay . Perfect size bed with a gorgeous large window right beside it to watch nature as you sleep and wake up. Will definitely be back again .
