Good option for getting off the road at a reasonable price. Friendly, quick and easy check-in. The rooms are definitely dated and could use some extra cleaning TLC behind furniture but was descent for the most part. Beds were comfy but flat pillows. Street noise was minimal overnight but start early in the morning. Mini fridge and microwave are a nice touch if you need that

Was just here and I come to catskill quite often plan on moving here so I will be back. Going to see about monthly rates here tilI find a place. Peaceful, quiet, friendly staff, and awesome owners, clean, cable, and wifi. Has a playground for kids its perfect. It's definetly affordable if your on a budget. I got a cute little cabin which I loved. Highly recommend this place .

Place is a wreck. Held together with duct tape. Doors don’t lock bathroom is disgusting cold water leaks under sink leaks. Sheets smell of disinfectant masked with air freshener. Didn’t even stay overnight left instead at 2 am because it was unbearable.

Poor Excuse Of A Place, Check Out The Reviews On Trip Advisor Too, Black Mold In The Bathroom, WiFi Connection Is Absolutely Terrible, The Air Freshener Is Overwhelming, Appliances Are Faulty. The Pictures Don't Represent What It Currently Is. It May Have Been Nice Once, But The Owners Neglected It, And Have Done For A Long Time. Surprised It's Open With Black Mold, And If The WiFi Is Broken How Can You Charge The Same Price As Before The WiFi Was Broken? They Clearly Don't Care About The Experience Provided. Go Else Where Whilst You Can.

this place is great. a really sweet family owns it. it’s simple and good for folks who care more about authenticity than anything fancy. the kindness from the owner and workers was excellent & the experience staying here with our kiddos for a night on our long road trip was wonderful.
