Ponca Motel

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! 0/10 Booking.com should be ashamed of itself. It does not advertise like this. How is it legal for this place to even remain open? I didn’t know if it was safer for my stuff to be in the room or in my car. I opted for the car. It is literally impossible to sit on the toilet straight. You have to jump to get in the shower. How did this pass any inspection. Did not feel safe in parking lot. Some man in the middle of the night was knocking on doors trying to find someone to let him in because he cheated on his wife and she wouldn’t let him home. 4am. I thought for sure when I went to sleep I would not wake up due to the fumes. I had to keep opening the door to try to get fresh air. So hard to breathe.

Horrible, I would give a 0 star rate. Horrible service, I booked with Booking.com and on the website it has very nice pictures, but once you see the room it’s completely different. FALSE ADVERTISING !!! Lets not say the smell, just disgusting. After I tried making a complaint to the front office all I was told was to contact the third party company and an “ okay “ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Requested a refund was given the run around, wasn’t even offered another room, or anything! Asked to speak the manager , apparently he wasn’t on the clock but he can answer to the third party company and deny the whole situation, seems crazy to me ! Again do not stay at this motel it’s not safe and definitely not clean!!!

The two guys running the check in (a little house/kiosk) were nice. That is where the good vibes ended. I don't care about a little tired or run down. I do care that: 1. There were uys sitting in front of their rooms looking like they just got out of jail. 2. Sheets were filthy. Like hair and fresh, chunky stains. 3. Sheets then replaced with clean, but stained sheets. 3. Floor so dirty it made the bottom of our socks black within 10 minutes. 4. Toilet placement such that you had to sit sideways on it because it was so close to the wall 5. You have to step over the toilet to get to the shower (which was filthy) 6. The light by the bed didn't work 7. Weird cable TV-no live TV. The AC unit was really loud and old. 8. The room was non-refundable 9. They had the nerve to charge $100/night for

Too bad Expedia does not vet their vendors. This place is unlivable and should be condemned by the Dept of Health and demolished. The room was filthy and gross, and the parking lot looks like it hadn't been paved since the War of 1812. I could not stay in the room for more than 10 minutes without vomiting. I actually had to return to my vehicle to figure out how to reach out to Expedia to request a refund. I returned the key to the front office and asked for a refund because I could not stay if they could not guarantee my health and safety...which was refused. I took a few photos that I shared with Expedia Support and with you here so you can see the dilapidated building, filthy walls, dirty floor, the marked up and damaged "kitchen" appliances, whatever is on the ceiling that is torn and

I would have to say this place reminded me of jail it was awful. I will also say as bad as this place was run down i didn’t see any bugs, how that was possible idk but I do know it was way to much money for the accommodations.
