I am writing this email to request a refund of money I spent on my stay there.I have worked in Hotels before and have never dealt with the things my family did while staying there .On the first night we had to have maintenance come to the room because we had a broken remote, there are hardly any lights that work in that room. We had no Phone that was never fixed in the 7 days we were there. This is a very bad safety hazard. We had to wear socks or shoes on the floors because they were so dirty. I was told there were no aggressive dogs allowed in the hotel but I saw at least 5 Pitbull's in the hotel. We had people sleeping in vehicles overnight. That is very scary being a woman who has to walk my dogs in the nighttime. We had to deal with an overdose of a hotel guest who was then allowed to
We arrived here and the front desk staff was very rude. Get to our room finally which seemed to be the furthest one from everything we walk in and it smelled so bad of urine. It was not what the pictures showed when we booked. Did not have a full kitchen as shown. No ocean view as stated. The floor looked like it was mopped with mud. I couldn't let my grandbabies walk on that floor or touch anything. Then they send us to a sister one down the street and that was just as bad. Still waiting for a refund from them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you want to enjoy your stay.
We went with a group and we were disappointed. The rooms are very outdated. The hotel is very old and has cockroaches. The staff is very tired and does not let you enjoy yourself. They told us to turn down the music and when we left they said we had to wash the utensils and clean the stove when clearly we did and it was not our obligation to leave it sparkling clean because that is what the cleaning lady is for. Because we did not have soap and sponges and did not go upstairs, they did not return our 100 dollars of the deposit and the tub was clogged. We would definitely not go back.
This place was disgusting there were roaches everywhere, I was offered 3 different rooms and not one room was better than the other they were all filthy. The pictures that are posted online are all lies, I’m so upset….
You get what you pay for. I just needed a cheap little room for a night. Was it worth the 55 plus 17 service fee? No. The bad: It’s older and outdated. The elevator was janky. Where you park is where they keep the garbage and it STINKS. Found a long black/dark brown hair in my sheets. Checking in there was loud music playing and missed half of the info. Their bathroom in the office had trash overflowing. Maintenance and updates are needed so don’t expect more! The good: The outdoor pool was nice and you can use one next door. Pet friendly (expect to pay more). Parking deck had easy access to hotel. Nice location.
