Pole Position Campground

I was there for the Bristol night race week. The owners and staff were helpful and friendly. They took our garbage every day. Ice was delivered to sites. Firewood was free. I would return there.

We had a great stay here for the MLB speedway classic at Bristol Motor Speedway. The campground was very conveniently located as it was only about a 15 minute walk to the speedway. The game was postponed until the next day because of rain, but they were totally fine with us waiting until after the game to check out. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. It seemed like they truly wanted to make sure we had a good time and enjoyed our stay, as opposed to caring only about the bottom line. This was my first time to Bristol and the experience made me want to come back for a NASCAR race at the speedway. If so, I can hopefully camp here again.

We stayed at Pole Position Campground for the Thunder Valley drag races. The site and proximity to the drag strip was great. BUT the customer service from Tina and her crew was unmatched! We’ve camped all over the United States and we have never had such nice people host us. They do everything they can to make your stay the very best!

Great campground experience! This was our first time. Our camp spot was close the bathroom/showers which were clean and convenient. There was a kitchen open for quick bite to eat. Nice pavilion with table and chair which we used to play card games with the family. Shuttle to the racetrack and close enough to walk back after the race( no shuttle back). Communication with reservations and any questions was awesome. This is a great location to experience Bristol Racing .

Very nice company. The lady who answers the phone was very courteous and accomadting. The best part of the MLB classic so far has been the parking. Highly reccomend and we will always pick this place.
