Little Oak Campground Boat Ramp

Take my kids up here every season and all summer long. Always a wonderful ride! Takes us about 2 hours to completely cross the mountain.

We just road around it but I was dissapointed. They have let places grow up Inside The Campground and I just was in shock how close they had let stuff grow up around the campground. The grown up places are supposed to be for wildlife viewing but I think this is playing with fire because there are a lot of black bear in that area. We stayed there probably 8 or 10 years ago and the raccoons took over camp at night you had to get up every so often and run them off. You are playing with fire because When Not If Someone gets bitten by wildlife they will have to go through all those shots. So Be Careful if you camp there. The view was really good but just take time to observe wildlife. Hope I helped you decide what to do. Eph.3:20

Nice & peaceful except for a handful of boats of course and like 4 other people the entire day!

Favorite place to camp. Great scenary and very nice host

It's a ramp and boats can use it. Therefore it is the best version of itself that it could possibly be.
