Pokegama Lake Resort

If I could give a 10 out of 5 for service I would! We were so lucky to find this place and had the best long weekend. The owners were fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed. We kayaked, paddle boarded, watched the sunsets, and so much more. The views were amazing, the beach area was great and it is very family and dog friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at Pokegama Lake Resort for the weekend during a fishing tournament my son was in, and it was truly a little slice of paradise right on the lake. The location is perfect, close to town, yet quiet and peaceful. The owner was incredibly welcoming and delightful to talk to. We can’t wait to come back next year. Five stars all around!

We had a wonderful week here. This really had the rustic lakefront cabin feel. The owners treat you like family and are very accommodating. We loved the location. We docked our boat here and the area right in front of the beach was great for surfing and wakeboarding. Our kids loved the beach amenities (Paddle boards, kayaks, a peddle boat, sand toys, Adirondack chairs, floats and a fire pit) and the sandy beach was so nice! The resort is pet friendly and even our 9 month old Labrador made some friends. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a little family getaway. We loved it! The cabin was great and had everything we needed. We were able to use kayaks and paddleboards and rented a pontoon too. Kids loved fishing off the dock and the beach area was great too. Already planning our next trip back!

Great family run place with a fabulous location and amenities! Owners are very courteous and everything was fantastic! Beautiful views, great fishing, free SUPs, kayaks, paddle boat, and rentable boats. Beautiful grounds and awesome game room/bar. Highly recommend this gem on Pokegama!
