Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts

Our experience unfortunately did not align with what was advertised on the website, particularly regarding the availability of amenities. We specifically mentioned ahead of time that we would be traveling with four 16-year-olds during school vacation week and were assured there would be on-site entertainment. However, most amenities were closed by 7:00 PM, and we ended up having to travel to another resort area for the teens to enjoy activities. The units themselves were very dated. Some appliances were loose or falling off the wall, there was an overall musty smell, and there was no consistency between the two units we rented. Overall, our stay at Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts was good, but several comfort-related issues prevented it from being a great experience.||||Upon check-in, the first unit we were assigned had not yet been cleaned from the previous guests. I contacted the front desk, and to their credit, they handled it immediately and reassigned us to another unit. The new unit was clean, and I appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue.||||That said, there were a number of comfort concerns during our stay. The unit accommodated six people, but we were only provided with two towels upon arrival. Each bed had just two pillows, which is less than what is typically expected, and the pillows themselves were extremely thin. The beds were also not very comfortable overall. I had to call

Pocono Mountain Villas by Explora Resorts was an amazing stay! The villas were absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, making it the perfect home-away-from-home getaway.||The overall experience was truly enjoyable and relaxing. The only minor improvements I would suggest are upgrading the TVs for better quality and giving the game room a bit of an update.||Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable escape. We had a great time and would love to return!

Honestly rooms and service were fine, and location too, so not sure where to dock the stars, but my family did not feel safe here. We came for the first time two falls ago and I had to call for security and make a noise complaint because a large group of people were out in the parking lot and some were fighting at around 2 AM. We came back this past weekend because my daughters had loved the tubing and wanted to go again in winter, so we thought we’d give it another try. This time police pounded on our door at 10 PM looking for someone of interest. We got our 2 young children out of bed and got on the road to head home at 10:30 PM because this just did not feel safe. Wouldn’t recommend.

Exploria resorts is a beautiful resort. the villas were clean, upgraded, modern with all that we needed for a weekend/week stay. The 2 and 3 bdrm units had enough bathrooms and supplies to accomodate everyone. Although the TVs were not working properly for some reason. But there was ample seating for our families to gather, dine and reconnect. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
