What a wonderful hotel large suite with all the amenities a guest needs. Refrigerator, Microwave, coffee machine, hot shower and comfortable bed plus large windows with beautiful view👏🏻👏🏻 The courteous staff is so helpful I was welcomed by the courteous receptionist Cynthia she made sure that I got all the necessary information and the satisfied customer 🙏 2nd tv and thick premium quality towel, hot tub and swimming pool with courteous staff are highlights of this beautiful hotel 😭 Beautiful morning breakfast arrangements but the staff in the dining hall looked inexperienced perhaps you need to get local people and make some changes so Foods don’t get wasted as much.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Check in time was 4:00. My room still wasn’t ready by 5:30. This is completely unacceptable especially traveling with 2 service animals. This place needs to get it together because the check in line was wrapped around the building and everyone was getting told their room wasn’t ready yet because of housekeeping delay. Your housekeeping delay shouldn’t be the customers problem. I was told, by the manager, that I could cancel my reservations. This left me with having to find somewhere to stay. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

Shuttle pickup for parks is on 8a & 5p return. The trip has to be booked 24 hours in advance and was almost fully booked when we checked in.

Ignore the bad reviews for this place it was great. For the price you’re paying the hotel and rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast is adequate, enough to keep you going if you like a healthy breakfast, Greek yogurt, granola, eggs, bread, pastries, cereal and fruit. Plenty of juice choices and tea/coffee. Keep hold of your quarters if you want to use the washing machine/dryer, it’s not advertised but they take 4 quarters each and the reception staff don’t always have access to the draw for change. We really enjoyed our stay the location was perfect, lots of supermarkets, restaurants/take aways and shops walking distance. If you’re driving the parks are no further than 15/20 minute drive.

The pool shown on booking.com costs $25 per person per day which wasn't shown till I after I had paid. The other pool is in the shade most of the day. Only paper and plastic available at breakfast and in suite making a huge amount of waste. No point in having a suite with no cutlery or crockery.
