We loved our stay at this Big Bear home! It was clean, organized, and full of fun — pool table, foosball, games, books, and a big backyard. The fireplaces were cozy, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (including a coffee maker!). We had a small heater issue, but the 24-hour line responded fast and had it fixed right away. Great communication overall. Perfect family house that truly felt like home. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
