Pineview Resort

My family rents a cabin here every year, we love it. The beach is clean and well stocked with kayaks, and paddle boards. There is always a dock spot for my dad to tie up his boat. The cabins we have stayed in have been fully stocked with linens, bed sheets, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. Great place to have a relaxing vacation and only about a 15 min drive to downtown TC

We lived in a winter rental cabin in this resort for two different Winters. It's a little out of the way from traverse City which I appreciated. It's close to a bunch of hiking trails and it's right across the street from arbutus lake. It's a no wake lake that is great for paddeling. You can get to all five of the arbutus lake chain. However, there is only one public beach and it's way over on the fifth lake. The beach across from the resort is "for resort goers only" but a few locals go there. There isn't any kind of security or lifeguard to kick people out. Frankly, we stayed in the nicest cabin in the neighborhood and it was just sold to a family and is no longer available to rent. Lived there 2 separate times waiting for house to build. Could not ask for better for the price, the wonderful people (owners) make it seem safer somehow. Would rent again if needed.
