Pines At Meadow Ridge

I called the number for the main desk and tried other numbers on the sheet and no one ever answered. The rooms smelled very musty. They nickel and dime for towel exchange, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Nothing to do nearby. Can’t really walk to anywhere. Need to drive into town to walk around. On the plus side, sidewalks were shoveled, parking was easy, easy check-in and check-out, but maybe bc there’s no one there, and they give you two dura logs to burn in the fireplace if you have a first floor unit.

Beautiful location with view of mountains from deck of the condo. Hiking available in close proximity and within a few miles of this property. Fraser has cute shops and places to eat. Unit is very accommodating for cooking or grilling on site with grocery store only a few blocks away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Club house has outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, racquetball, pickle ball, tennis, and fitness room. Very nice!!

We found our 2-bedroom condo to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We knew not to expect a flashy new resort and were delighted to find a comfortable, roomy unit with all of the necessary amenities. One fault we would note is the need for a television in the second bedroom, which in our case was used by an adult. While the resort was hard to find among all of the other apartments in the area, it was very peaceful and quiet, and still it was conveniently located near the main highway and a nice Safeway grocery store. The Fraser area was especially beautiful in late September with the golden aspens.

The condo was very comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The amenity center had a pool, tennis/pickleball/racquetball courts, weights and machines, ping pong, yoga studio, massage and more. The supermarket was about 4 blocks away so super convenient.

My family enjoyed a great stay at The Pines at Meadow Ridge. We had a 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo with a fireplace. The units are not new or fancy but the bathrooms and kitchen had newer fixtures & appliances and the entire condo was spotless. The beds & furniture were in good condition and also very clean. The mattress on the sofa bed is too thin to be comfortable for a grown adult but will be fine for kids. The community center that you have access to, has great exercise equipment, a steam room, ping-pong table, two large outdoor spas/hot tubs and a heated pool. The area is just outstanding. We were in a downstairs unit but still had a nice view of the mountains from our patio sliding doors. The condos are just 2 miles from Winter Park and all that the resort has to offer.
