Pine Mountain RV Park

Very nice campground. Nice and clean bathrooms and private showers. Sewer hookups offered. Beautiful area / views. Far enough away from the main road and traffic but still in the town

Beautiful RV Park, well located in center of Pigeon Forge. All lots are paved and level. Really clean showers, bath house and laundry. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Good quiet location, clean park. We’ve enjoyed the park for several years and was able to rebook our stay each year for the same days the following year which was the park rules and provided you rebooked before your departure. However, when trying to rebook for next year we were advised our spot was booked already??? We were told this was due to Labor Day being a week later. Not sure how this affected our dates in late October but somehow it did. When questioned the park offered no real reason other than Labor Day was a week later. We were given the option to book the site in November which doesn’t work for our schedule. So my point is enjoy the park but be wary of reservation guidelines.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean bathrooms and clean park. The only thing that would prevent me from coming here again is their cancellation policy. Apparently, if you book more than 6 months out, they will not refund your hefty deposit. We tried to cancel well outside of the 14 days, but were then explained the full cancellation policy. Our choice was to reschedule (they allow only once) instead of losing $140+. Because this is not typical of most campgrounds, they really should put this in red writing or large letters on their webpage.

Overall the park is nice and well maintained. Like most parks, when the campground is full the wifi is not usable. It's too weak. Although the bathrooms are clean, they lack heat. In November you need more that just enough heat to keep the pipes from freezing.
