Pin Oak Parkway Inn

TWe had stayed there several times in the past it wasn't the best but not the worst either that last time he stayed was a last minute baseball tournament when we checked in the room had bed bugs we notified the front desk they acted like it was no big deal friend to give us another room it also had bed bugs

Well we booked this hotel through third-party site because it was the cheapest one we could find. Now I completely understand why! 2 days into the stay we're eat up with itchy red blotches! Tear the bed sheets up and there's bed bugs!! I guess some things are out of their control yet still it is their responsibility to ensure guest safety. When we addressed the issue with the front desk we were moved to a room smaller than the one we paid for!! Didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience or pain and hassle. I'm handicapped and needed the first floor, was moved to a smaller room on second floor with no elevator. Talk about horrible!! If there were a way to leave negative stars I would. I would recommend spending a little more for cleanliness, hospitality, and sanitization! Generall

Old and outdated, but could work for the price if the room didn’t have bedbugs. Saw one on the shower curtains. Tried to check the bed but didn’t notice any at the time. Fell asleep and woke up to burning and itchy welts. Rechecked and found one crawling away from underneath the pillow. Found it hard to sleep much without being paranoid of being bitten all over.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. The location is great, and the rooms were nice and clean. The sink was a little rusty, but clean. The floor looked new with manufactured flooring. The breakfast was decent with a waffle maker. A few years ago, we stayed at Dollywood with high expectations, and were not impressed. Just the opposite here low expectations but highly impressed. Decent stay at a great price!

The staff was absolutely awesome!so friendly and helpful and the room was absolutely incredible! the beds were so comfortable and and I slept so good!I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a good room that won't break the bank and gives you a nice view as well
