Pigeon Forge Motor Lodge

Positive: It was mainly clean only thing was the couch was dirty with stains Negative: The hotel was fine. We had a not so nice staff at night. The one in the morning was very nice!

The Location was Great, close to All attractions on the parkway! Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable, As far as the noise it was no different than any other place, you could hear sirens but traffic wasn’t bad at all. We will be back! And you have a balcony with nice chairs to sit in

Worst experience ever. Pigeon Forge Emert St. Oct 17-19 charged $398 (2 nights) checking to the wrong room. Cards didn’t work 6!times…. It just goes on and on. We were locked out of our room when we returned Smelly. Dirty. Mold. My family got sick. Cold fodd. Hard beds. Dark halls. Building in the rear 200-300 feet from road behind buildings. No house keeper. Room was not made. No apology. No partial refund. Nothing. You robbed our family and others from their vacation. So I’m posting reviews on each platform and writing letters to my friends sharing my terrible experience so others don’t fall for it.

Place is located on the strip in pigeon forge. Close to all the attractions and the smokey mountains. Easy yo find. Easy in and out .check in and out was fast. Staff polite and helpful. Plenty of parking. Rooms good sizeable clean. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows. Would stop again if area.

My stay was nice. I did experience a small problem upon arrival to my room. There were small ants crawling on the bathtub. But after I sprayed the tub, the problem was solved. Be aware that the breakfast is basically pastries and a few fruits and small cups of juices or coffee. There also was no closest to hang my clothes. They provide a couple of hooks on the wall. Which was fine, but I travel with suits and they barely fit in the space provided. Overall, I’d recommend Super 8. The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice. And the air conditioning worked great. And it was affordable.
