Perry Holiday Hotel

Top quality!! Extremely clean rooms and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Very quiet and in walking distance to main strip and Frosty's Bar❤️ check in was easy and simple. Great price really cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the rooms.

Excellent and highly recommend. Clean rooms. Ice cold AC on them hot nights.

My husband, son and I decided on a last minute trip to PIB over Labor Day weekend. We were pleased to find a two night vacancy at the Perry Holiday. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel and the accommodating, cordial staff. Although located within a short walk to downtown, it's exceptionally quiet.. perfect for families. The weather was chilly during our stay, but for warmer temps there is a pool on site. They offer a basic room with a mini-fridge and microwave, but there is no in-room coffee pot and bring your own hairdryer. Not a big deal considering the rates are low compared to other hotels and rentals properties on the island. I recommend and will return for future weekend trips!

The friendly & knowledgeable staff here, namely, Sandy and Beth, are amazing!! They go above & beyond for their guests. The location is great! The pool was awesome! And if you get a 4 seater golf cart at Hariott House, the overnight fees are waived! We had a great time as usual, and will definitely be back

Great little place, just far enough from the pool parties to get rest and quiet if you want or walk around the corner and you're right in the middle of the action. Great hostesses, building is older but rooms are very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
