PERROQUET Hotel Fort Lauderdale

My girlfriend says the place is really cute. It’s an old building that’s been renovated with updated furniture, fixtures, and paint. It’s minimalist but super clean and spacious enough for a table, two chairs, and small counter/sink/fridge/microwave. Check in is automated and they communicated very promptly and completely via text, so we had no trouble when we arrived at 10 PM and there was no one in the office. I was a little skeptical but it worked out well. The bed was on the firm side but comfortable. The bathroom area is a little small but the shower was terrific. There’s a dip pool and seating in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again. Parking is right next to the building and $15 per night.

I don't know what to say really! The pictures are clearly of this motel years ago and been modified with AI! The pool has been condemned by the florida health authority and is being refurbished. It's dirty and rundown in the grounds. I had room 208 which was actually OK and was clean . I stayed for 1 night . It does look like it is in the early stages of refurbishment . When we checked out so we're others who were not wanting to stay for their full duration . The lift was OK to send your suitcases up in but I wouldn't stand in it lol ! I wouldn't stay again

Positive: I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about noon and stored our luggage after check out so we could enjoy a few more hours without hauling lareg suitcase around. Negative: ""

Great hotel. We stayed one night on 2/15/26 and wished we could have stayed for more nights. Clean rooms, super comfortable bed, fluffy new towels, and quiet. It's a block from A1A so you don't hear the traffic from Perroquet as much as you would from the hotels directly on A1A. It has a tropical, comfortable vibe. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at PERROQUET Hotel Fort Lauderdale was absolutely great! The room was very nice — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were amazing and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything about our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
