Peppertrees Bed & Breakfast Inn

I travel quite a bit and it's rare to find a place as special as the Peppertrees Inn. I went to Tucson last weekend to visit my son who plays Rugby at U of A. I like to stay in more interesting places than the usual hotel and the Peppertrees Inn was a one in a million find. Jill is your host and breakfast chef. The home has been in her family for over 25 years. She and her husband ran a bakery in Washington DC before they relocated to her childhood home to run the Inn. The level of detail they take with the property and service is magical. Calling it an Oasis is a great understatement. The food she prepares is fabulous and the presentation so artistic, I took pictures so I could remember it. I asked her how it was done and she tactfully discussed her knife skills as a pastry chef. Would definitely recommend. Wonderful little snack ready when we arrived. Very comfy. Terrific breakfast the next morning. Plenty of room. Only one block from U of A. (Ron & Jill, a box of tissues provided for guests would be nice.)

This was my first experience with a Bed & Breakfast, and it was perfect. My host presented amazing meals, privacy, and location (with fresh flowers in every room). No details were missed. I woke up to happiness. Highly recommended.

Stayed here in 2009 and I often dream about the Pastery and Breakfast. I am planning a trip this spring and I look forward to my stay. I'm glad Ron and Jill are still at it!!

Great place to stay. Interesting neighborhood to explore. Chef Jill is fabulous!
