Pepper Tree RV Park

I've lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it here. It's quiet and totally safe. Come 7 pm you don't hear anybody, I just wish we had amenities like other parks.

Tried to illegally evict me. I won in court with prejudice. Meaning Chris is supposed to stop harassing me for money because he agreed to a date that I leave on and he’s supposed to return my deposit. I’m sure I’ll have to take him to small claims to get that money back. We added gravel to our spot because he was supposed to and never did and didn’t even pay us back for doing it. The park is full of drug addicts and one neighbor was trying to break into my trailer. They play music till 4 am. There’s been bees and wasps at this old woman’s trailer because a water leak told Chris about it last year and he still hasn’t fixed it. He is lazy and for some reason thinks he’s above the law. Issues illegal 3 day notices to vacate even though California law is 30 days. He lied and said he served us

A friend used to live there. I'm sure it's quiet and not expensive compared to other trailer parks but it is also a very ran down needs tlc

Quiet atmosphere. Small not lots of tenants. Storage area is high. Great place to relax watch the gliders and parachute people bailing out of the plane free falling is cool. I'm gonna have to go try it. Top of my bucket list.

Very Run down. Manager would not open door. Space rent is over 650.00 a mounth. And spaces are very close together! Bunch of people all crowded around ! Trash dumpster was full and trash on grounds. But all the care was very nice and new within couple years.
