Penn Hills In the Poconos

Room service sucks, along with the draft in all the rooms. I guess you'll have an airier feel when the place is abandoned. There are fences around then sites that have been destroyed purposely and by vandals. You can still see where some of the lodging stood. If you "look" past the fence you can see the overtaken tennis courts and what seems to be an old check-in station. Worth taken a trip. Signs are posted that cameras are in use, but I don't see where any cameras are. Doubtful it's wireless.

Such a sad location, it sucks driving by and seeing the shell of what used to be such a cool location. You used to walk in and it was a resort lost in time. From the old deco interior to the crazy dining room and bar it just had such crazy character. We used to use the archery range and ice skating rink regularly. Now its ruins, its sad. I know people still explore the dilapidated remains I just hope everyone stays safe. Yet another Poconos resort lost to never return.

As soon as I entered, I had a wasp nest fall on my head as I opened the door. When I went to check in there was no staff so I just jumped the counter and picked a room. When I got to the room it smelled like mold and I could see right into the other room, there was a bunch of broken glass and there were bugs on my bed overall a great place to explore sadly it won’t be around much longer

this place is abandoned, but i’ve stayed at the one that’s still running (cove haven) so I wanted to take a quick peek at this one. these are from a year or two ago. :) definitely a cool experience

cool place but not much left to see. only one building is left but it’s just the hotel rooms. no heart shaped tubs
