Pendry Park City

Lovely setting and ski in ski out convenience but too loud. The worst part is that they blast music all day so you can’t relax after your ski day. We were tired and wanted to take a nap but it’s impossible to fall asleep with the thumping bass. Feels like a Vegas hotel. The price is not worth paying to not be able to rest comfortably in the hotel. For a newly built five star hotel trying to compete with Deer Valley, why didn’t they build sound proof rooms?

We recently held our wedding at Pendry Park City, and we are still buzzing from the perfection of the entire experience. If you are looking for a venue that combines modern luxury with world-class service, look no further. The Venue: The Pendry itself is breathtaking. The design is sleek yet cozy, providing the perfect mountain-chic backdrop for our photos. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning views, and the seamless flow of the event spaces. The Planning Experience: Sarah is a Rockstar! While the hotel is beautiful, the real magic happened behind the scenes. Sarah, the Director of Meetings & Events, was absolutely incredible. We worked with her for over a year, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel like a breeze. Attention to Detail: Sarah didn't miss

We just returned from an incredible stay at The Pendry. The hotel location is perfect for gondola access, Canyons retail, activities and dining, and a short shuttle to downtown. Spencer, concierge, was critical and helped me plan the perfect itinerary for a group ranging from 7 months old to 67 years old- helping with dining and actitivities every step. Diana was darling at check in and Kelcie so helpful at checkout. Breakfast at Kita and lunch/dinner at Apres was delicious with really wonderful service (Carl, Lorenzo, Jose, Vanessa, Sandra, Gidget and Felipe) for a crazy bunch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for families. We stayed in a 4 bedroom 5 bath residence which was perfect. Paid $50 for parking but NONE of the elevators or doors worked or were unlocked so everyone had to walk around. Multiple people told staff who promised to address the issue but when we returned at 4pm NOTHING had been addressed. For $50 at a supposedly nice hotel, I expected better. Shouldn't the Pendry management expect more of themselves and their staff?

We are finishing up our stay at the Pendry and I have to leave a review for this property and staff. Everything was fantastic from the location, dining options, activities for guests and especially the staff. Their attention to detail was wonderful and added to our great experience. There were nice activities for guests and while the weather wasn’t great for skiing the staff made sure we were well taken care of and made the experience as nice and accommodating as possible. Special shout out to housekeeping for tidying up the rooms multiple times daily and ensuring we came back to great comfort. And shoutout to Bryson who went out of his way to take us into town when the shuttle was full and go above and beyond for us. Bryson you really were the cherry on top of an already great stay. The P
