3 Night Stay, and would not return. An old hotel trying to be modern. The BAD: 1) The fold out couch mattress was horrible. 2) Two of the three elevators were not working. 3) The 2nd floor room balcony is shared with all floor 2 rooms. 4) Only 1 option for food. 5) Servers running all around the lobby moving food and drinks. They do things that the hotel was not set up for. 6) No walkable places nearby for food. 7) Ocean Blvd traffic is NOISY, as all the room doors are on the west side of the building on exterior hallways. 8) Finishes are worn out on the exterior. 9) Only 1 way to get onto the beach. 10) Who uses a barn door on a family room bathroom! 11) Many staff seemingly at their first day of work ever. 12) Sticking toilet handle. 13) Patio door so hard to operate that it wa

We recently stayed here with our three young kids and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The pool and beach setup is the highlight and is great for families, and the beachfront location is beautiful. However, the hotel itself feels very dated and not well maintained. Our room was spacious, but it felt old and not particularly clean. We also had a disappointing experience with the pool attendant, who was quite rude and made us feel unwelcome. The food and drinks were extremely overpriced, and even the lobby restrooms were not well kept, which added to the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. Great location. We booked four nights over Valentine's Weekend. Numerous issues, of the 3 elevators including the service elevator, only one worked leading to long waits, there was a sign stating that 'new elevators are coming' when i queried an employee they just rolled their eyes. One guest told us that she has been coming here for 6 years and it has never been like this for service. We waited several minutes in line at the Ocean 2000 for breakfast prior to close, when we went inside, the place was empty, just uncleared tables, we were seated by a manager, she left and no one stopped to take an order, get drinks, etc.. we ended up leaving and then the manager offered to take our order. My fiancé and I were immediately drawn to the gorgeous views from the dining deck. We were taking pictures when our server, Khushere, (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) came up to us and said she would take pictures for us. She took a bunch. We were celebrating our anniversary and she brought us champagne to start. The food was delicious, yes a bit pricey, but we felt it was a great spot and they had live music which was the perfect touch. Nothing loud, more like yacht rock. Our server was very attentive but gave us our space too. Do look at the check closely because there are extra tourist charges. But overall we loved our experience with Ocean2000!

Positive: Location Negative: My room was dirty I complained took a dirty pillow down to the front desk also showed them pictures of Hair all wrapped around the showerhead with soap scum. Also, the room was extremely dusty and when we arrived, there were no body towels available
