Pearsall Inn & suites

Very Friendly Staff Great value clean rooms and was found by their reviews and I was able to check in after Midnight because I had to find a new place after Not Staying at OYO Garden Inn and suites in Pearsall Texas.

Sat outside waiting for someone to show up for check in. After the lady showed up gave attitude because she here 24-7. Said if I didn't want to stay I could go else where and they could refund my money. Nice to know customer service is no longer a practice in business. If you can spare the extra 5 bucks go across the street. No need to deal with the bottom if the barrel service at this place. Good thing I'm only here for 1 night visiting family.

Positive: the price was fair Negative: the light and light switch and plug for hair dryer in vanity did not work at all

I stayed for a long time and after a long hard working day it was nice to come rest in a very clean room. The staff was very helpful. They always made sure I had my wake up call at the correct time.Break fast was very nice & coffee was awesome.    I never see in independence hotel there are give a real nice breakfast & awesome coffee, so it was great stay with "Pearsall inn &Suites"..   Would I stay here again? Yes, Absolutely!!!

Great customer service, the rooms are really clean and comfortable. We actually stayed twice once on our way to Mexico and again on our way home. The check in is a little slow, but other than that I would say it is better than the more popular hotels. We had a excellent experience both times. The lady at front desk was really nice and professional when we ate breakfast ☺️ The pricing was not bad either it was about half of the other hotels. All in all I would recommend it to anyone.
