Quality Inn & Suites - Pearsall, TX

I don’t know how much the hotel can control this but it needs to be addressed. The shower (handicap accessible) had very low water pressure and NO hot water. It was a cool/cold evening and morning and we were forced to take ice cold shower, while some may prefer that, we definitely did not.

Positive: Excellent value. The room was clean and quiet. Negative: The bed was extremely firm and made sleeping difficult.

The staff here is amazing. The rooms are clean and safe, breakfast is decent, and the parking lot is well lit. Great hotel in a small town.

This location was very nice I was impressed when I checked in looked new. The lobby was very neat and well organized. I checked went to my room and liked it very much the amenities were nice. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I then later showered and had an issue with the hot water took a while to get it to cool had plenty of hot water but not cold water. I started my washer and without warning it became hot to hot to shower. I once again adjusted the lever and regained warm water. The next morning I went to breakfast and it was outstanding scrambled eggs, biscuits coffee and other items. I returned at the end of my work day and wanted to shower but this time I could not get any cold water in work in the shower the sink worked fine. I got dressed went to the front desk and told the

Walked into the lobby to a loud profanity filled conversation between two “gentlemen” to which the hotel clerk just laughed at. To a dirty room. If I could attach photos. Of the sheets that had mascara and lipstick on them. Yep looks like a face down “servicing occurred” how disgusting!!! To the profanity film party in the hallway. That the front desk wouldn’t do anything about “called 3 times” to the nasty bathroom. This is a drunken oilfield frat house. And a disgusting one at that. Stay away if you’re looking for a clean safe place to stay.
