Pearl Hotel

As the mother of the bride, I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Pearl Hotel in Bay St. Louis. From start to finish, they were amazing and incredibly accommodating. We reserved a room block for our wedding guests, and every single person commented on what a fantastic stay they had—comfortable rooms, beautiful property, and exceptional service all around. One thing that truly stood out was how seamless the staff made everything. We provided welcome bags for our guests, and the hotel graciously placed them in all the rooms without a hitch. It was one less thing for us to worry about during an already busy time, and it meant so much. Pearl Hotel was a top notch experience! Check in was smooth, room was large and very clean and comfortable! Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. The only thing I would mention is that it is near the beach bars and you can hear the late night bands. But it was not so bad for us that it kept us awake. Just might matter to someone looking for complete quiet. They say the rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet rooms so ask for one of them if that's what you prefer.

We recently got married in the area and used The Pearl for our wedding hotel blocks, and they were so easy to work with! They were super helpful with setting everything up and getting our welcome bags to guests’ rooms. We’ve stayed here a few times before when visiting Bay St. Louis and it’s always a great experience. The location is amazing and we couldn’t of picked a better place to have our guests stay!

After burying my husbands mother 2 days before our stay, we decided to try the pearl hotel since we’re always in bay St. Louis and it looked like a great place to stay. The room was great. My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony watching the People and the view of the gulf was great. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because of the young lady who checked us in. There were 2 of them. The younger one was more pleasant but the other who seemed to be employed there longer was a little rude. She seemed to be aggravated to have to help the other young lady with my reservation. My husband is the kind of person who really doesn’t say much but in his words, he told me to “wear her out” on reviews because of her attitude. Celebrated my husband’s 65th birthday there. Took the Mardi Gras train in from Mobile since he was there on business. We even toured real estate on Courtland Street! Not ruling it out. Already planning our next stay.
