This company scammed me. We booked one night for approx $200. Then messaged them to see if they would let us get the night before as well for the same price. They agreed. I called to pay everything was great, and then I checked my bank account and they charged me over $350. When I called them, I’ve literally never had someone so rude in my life. They refused to hold up their end of the deal. They said we could just cancel. I said but we can’t we’re in the location we need because my foot is fractured and my aunt had neck surgery recently and we already paid for the golf cart. He said I’ll refund 100%. I again said I needed to stay there. He said technically this is my business and I’ll just cancel it without your permission. I told him I contact the BBB. he said so I’m not affiliated with

This company is crooked. They do a baiting switch. They give you a quote and then charge your card twice the amount of the quote. When you ask for the difference, they get angry and cancel your reservation, but they do not pay you all of your money back because that would be fair. They probably acclaimed that they are not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau.

We had such a great time! Our cottage was perfect! We had everything we needed. My husband and I can’t wait to go back to BSL by ourselves so we can rent the loft. The property is beautiful. I loved that y’all had so many options on the tv. It was awesome that y’all provide golf carts to rent and have the chargers on the property. I feel like y’all have thought of everything. We will be back!

We planned a little mother–daughter getaway, and this was the perfect place for us! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay so special. The hospitality was wonderful, every little extra detail showed care and made us feel truly welcomed. We would definitely love to come back!

Would give 0 stars but the minimum is 1 so you get a freebie from me. Avoid this place and their other properties like your wallet depends on it cause it does. If you simply must deal with these people, then make sure you record it, video preferably, and get everything from them in writing. They are not the type of people to be taken at their word.
