This place is disgusting, Smells like a sewer outside. Serious health code violations. The wash house always floods after a shower, disgusting floors, and the toilets always has piles of feces in them sometimes on the floor. Its Cleaned like once a month, piles of junk everywhere and all around depressing place to be. Slumlord tactics used.

Kids that are 2-10 watching themselves as they throw rocks at every single car house people they can. This park is full of trash. Some of the people living there are amazing and super nice but there are those that shouldn't even be allowed to have kids do an they trash the place. There is no MANAGER/MANAGEMENT what so ever like not on call not in park no where. This park has gone down within a short few months. The grass has not been mowed for at least 3 months and it's not up to tenant it's the park responsible. I hate to even wrote a review especially like this one but even when u try to get the place decent or fixed it goes on deaf ears. As well as the parents

Me and my son lived there for 18 years alot great times and hard work I remind planting that Christmas tree at at the fork it was a 1 ft tall then I saw the pic of it it looks 20 ft tall now I planted after hurricane Charley it looks beautiful now in the picture I'd like to have a nice picture of it maybe one day and we found are second family there the people that came and went stayed in touch and the smiths treated everyone like they were their own family it was a great place to live highly recommended
