The Suites at Fishermen's Village

Stayed there after the flood last year, everything was great. Stayed here again yesterday, needless to say they clearly don't even bother to mop the floors in the rooms no more, the pots and pans were all put away filthy, we tried to clean them but the Temu sponge and cheap soap was too inadequate, we leaned on the balcony rail and they were so filthy we had to shower and thats when we saw our feet were filthy black from the floor. We normally stay across the harbor at the awsome Sunset Inn or the amenity filled Charlotte Bay Resort and we will not be returning the Suits at Fisherman's Village, it's a shame because the rooms are very modern and nice, just not clean. Also, cleaning crews was everywhere when we were leaving, not one mop on one crart.

Really loved this place! The suite was great! Having the Brewery and Tiki bar on premises was a big plus! Enjoyed all the live music! Would definitely return!

We were very impressed. The room had a lot of space. Very clean and well decorated with gorgeous views. Every interaction we had with the staff, they were super helpful and pleasant. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and we were so happy we wanted to extend our stay. We’ll be planning our return trip soon. Highly recommend!

We have talked about staying here for a long time and we are so glad we did!! Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the harbour sunset. The furniture is very comfortable and the amenities are excellent. It’s nice to wander the shops below and it’s got a beautiful walking path right outside the door all along the harbour. It is very reasonable and a steal if you were two couples sharing the two well appointed bedrooms each with an ensuite. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we had a nice surprise waiting for us on the counter in the room. Such a lovely touch!! We booked directly by calling the hotel and saved $70!! We will definitely be back!

Positive: Cleanliness was superb! Negative: Weird enough the bedroom floor was warm? Which made the bedroom warmer than the rest of the room.
