Patriot Stay Motel

I stayed here one night while on a small tour of Utah and Wyoming. When I checked in the TV did not work, some of that was my issue, but also had a network issue. I told them and they fixed it so fast. Service was most excellent and they care about there customers.

The service was fantastic- the man who checked me in was very kind and helpful. However, I had no indication before booking that the majority of the rooms are smoking rooms. I am not expecting the most fabulous room when I book a motel, but when I tell you I had to sleep with an orange peel to my nose I am not joking. It smelled horrendous, I had in my reservation that we’d have our toddler with us, so again, a smoking room was a surprise. Also the stovetop had no knobs.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall a great experience, I would stay there again.

Booking was a little bit of a challenge. Room was clean and fairly well maintained. We loved the fact that the room had not only a bible in it, but a pocket Contstitution book and an American Flag. Would have been nice if they had an ice machine, but we made do.

Room smelled of mold and smoke. Bathroom floor had very cracked tile and had mold in the corners. Ants crawling all over. Very old mattress. Floor was filthy. Ended stay early and moved to another hotel.
