STAY AWAY !!! He’s a total thief in every way. Checked in and no one was at the desk. Had to use a phone so they could tell me which key to grab for my room. Took the key and went to eat before going to the room. After coming back the manager was at the desk and informed me, he could save me money by paying him cash. I went to my choice site to verify my cost, at where I booked my reservation, only to find out, my reservation had been canceled by him! If it hadn’t been a long day of driving and being tired, I would have and should have walked out. The amt he actually saved me was 30.00 and no reward points. I can’t go onto my choice site to leave a review because he cancelled my reservation, so to them, I didn’t stay there so I can’t do a review. Staff/owner very rude, don’t bother with th
LAZIEST STAFF ANYWHERE. The desk operator lives in room 200, above the lobby. That’s fine, doesn’t bother me. What does bother me is that he’s 20 ft, plus 20 steps, away from the front desk and can’t be bothered to leave his room. They have a table setup in front of the front desk. Why? Idk, there enough room on the desk for the phone and stuff that are sitting on it. The only time he came down was when I checked in. He didn’t come down when my key failed. Asked me to take one of the 3 spares sitting on the counter. Not sure if these can be programmed remotely, or if he just had masters sitting there, but whatever. Then the morning I checked out, I had to call and ask for a receipt. Oh, nope. They email them. I know y’all email them and that’s not convenient for me to to transfer to an ex
I came at an unfortunate time. The Tournament of Champions had taken up most of the rooms in town. My rooms each cost more than 250 dollars. The fire alarm was not operational in my room. In addition, the toilet was more of a rocking chair. In my husband's room he struggled with the television sets. We are foster parents and have a lot of children so we had to split up. He was on the second floor and I was on the first floor. Therefore, he had to run around for both of us to secure towels as my suite only had two and I believe his only had two. This was not the worst hotel I have ever been in, by far. But for the money, I felt like it could have been a better experience.
The room and the tub were wonderful. But the service was extremely lacking. When checking in I the front desk told me the room I had booked with the tub was a no pet room. (I had my small dog with me). I explained that I double checked when booking and online stated it was pet friendly. She then told me it was a new policy. I had to get manager approval to use the room I had booked. Then I was told upon checking in that the breakfast would be available until 9am. When I went down the next morning, there was no breakfast due to the holiday. I would've understood but why was I told it was available? I was also not allowed an extra hour to check out, which would have been noon. The reason I was told was because "the maids wanted to go home early".
The hotel is really rundown and tired. The TV in our master room did not work. The room cards did not work upon entry. The front desk reprogrammed them and then only one of the three cards given worked. We went to church Sunday and came back at 10 am, an hour before our check out at 11 am and none of our cards to our room worked. Super frustrating!! We went to the front desk, no one there, just a phone to call zero. Did that and a manager answered off site and said to get into our room we would need, as the guests, to wander around until we found the maid to ask her to let us in. Super horrible service. They knew we had 6 guests in our room and we only had 4 towels and barely enough toilet paper. The lotion provided was a very messy oil based product. Our bed in our master room h
