Parkside RV Base

Covered and open RV lots become available pretty quickly. You're pretty close to neighbors but most people won't bother you. They have 30 and 50 amp options, connect to city water, sewer included, but you should bring your own internet. If you're ok with the noisy airport and being further away from grocery stores, the recreation center is right next door and the park is a 2 minute walk away.

Roads and sites are gravel. Site flat. Right on a main road with the recreation center across the street (it offers a lot for a day fee). Utilities are fine. No cable. We were told about OTA channels but our high-tech antenna pulled in zero after three different settings. There is internet only if you sign up and pay a daily or longer fee. ATT works well as a hot spot.||This is a large campground that has the feel of being set up for rallies, conventions, or the June rodeo. A large, flat, gravel space, with little shade, and no feeling of a pleasant campground. Not trying to be picky but this is important to us, and I assume others. Clean. Quiet. This is our 3rd stay here. It is now called Parkside RV base. Nice open park, level, nice laundry room. We travel in a class A. Also the dog park is ok, mostly dirt, but that's better than goatheads.

The park is in a quiet section of town off the freeway a mile or so. ATT cell coverage is 3-bar 5G. Utilities work, restrooms dated but acceptable. Sites level, close to neighbor but I found it acceptable for overnight. The front desk person told me Escapees, the current owner is selling this property and most of its portfolio. The future of the park is uncertain. Real nice city-owned fitness center across the street, $10 for a day pass.
