Stayed in Parkite 34 with 6 friends and everything was wonderful! The unit was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Incredible location right on Main Street, but towards the end so not too loud or busy. Customer service from Luxury Mountain Destinations was responsive, reliable, and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had to most horrible experience. I rented a unit for 4 days for over $8000 and the hot tub was broken, the dryer was broken, there were fingernails in the carpet and a Band aid in the juicer. And that was just the beginning . AvantStay refused to take accountability and barely offered a reasonable refund. There was a man pretending to be the owner wandering around the property and even entered the unit on multiple occasions. It’s not safe and it’s filthy .
One of the best places we've ever stayed at in Park City. Great location (especially if you want to be close to Main Street) with really nice units.
Amazing location right across from the Egyptian theater, perfect for Sundance Film Festival.
