Health hazard! Photos! Do not stay here! Pool and hot tub were disgusting and stunk like mold! The bathrooms down by the pool look like they have not been cleaned in 10 years and made me gag as soon as I opened the door. Dehumidifier draining into pool overflow drain. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When we came to front desk to complain about the pool I saw another note on the desk that someone else complained about the pool and got a discount but he refused to give us a discount. The guy working at the desk told me he had not been down to the pool area recently and didn’t know the condition of it. … is no one ever cleaning or treating these pools??? Do not take your family here , you will all end up sick!! We went and immediately had to shower to get the stink off of us j

No one would believe this but it is the truth. I was amazed. Returned to my hotel Park Tower inn and found a major power outage. Two workers greeted me at the door and told me they did not know when the power would be restored. My wife decided we should go home. I agreed. We were on the top floor. No elevator service or lights. The two workers quickly said they would go with me up 6 flights of stairs and help me pack. They both made 4 trips up and down those steps . I could only make it up to my room and had to rest. 78 years old an I and not in greatest health. I got all things in suitcases, bags and they carried them down. Like I said 4 trips. When finished I met them down at my car, loaded it up and gave them a generous tip which they refused to take. I insisted and they reluctantly acc

Positive: The lazy River. My son really enjoyed the breakfast. The price was great Negative: Housekeeping banged on my door over & over, while I was sleeping...updating in rooms needed. Carpets dirty in the hallways.. The pool was to cold for me. Jacuzzi was broken.

The room was terrible. It was nasty they didnt clean the room really before we checked in because there was an empty food container in one of the drawers of the dresser. Mold ever where. The bathroom had a towel in the ceiling and the sprinklers had toilet paper around it. The toilet kept going. We went to the pool and there was trash everywhere and it had a terrible smell. The hot tub was and odd color and I don't think the filter was actually working the lazy river was nice but still had trash in it. We left after we took a shower. Now We are trying to get our money back from hotels.com

This is by far one of the worst places we’ve stayed. Only thing they have going for them is the water pressure in the shower and the location convenience. The place is under renovation and the elevator does not work! Our heating/cooling system didn’t work. There was crumbs left in the bed linens, the carpet was ripped and staples sticking out and our 3 year old found out the hard way leaving a trail of blood. The phones in the rooms are evidently just for looks because they are not hooked up nor is the phone in the pool area so you better pray you don’t have an emergency while swimming. I’m pretty sure a gang of roaches threw hands over a left over pepperoni roll in our room floor. There is towels stuffed in the ceiling where the ceiling tiles are “suppose” to be. Horrible
