Great place we have been here atleast 15 yrs, we are not full time, but are here often, Pam has been a great asset to management for the park. Quiet and well kept!

Stayed at one of the cabins and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great park and great management

We have lived here for 3 years. The manager is always helping those who need it. A couple of the people talking crap on here are people who she has had to get on to for this or that. For instance a large dog running loose and attacking other animals. My dogs were one of the 3 that got attacked. It belonged to one of the people who are giving 1 star reviews . Or because she had told them to keep the yard picked up. Because trash is everywhere. It's a very nice clean park. The codes to the bathrooms get changed due to vandalism that occurred but was taken care of. 98% of the people here would have positive reports to give.

My parents have lived here about 15 years. They have loved their Texas Winter home.

The management here is horrible and lies. They force you to use cash and will charge you over 10% to use credit/debit. She charged us $100 for a pet deposit and was supposed to have refunded us the deposit. She should never be working in the customer service area and should be terminated. Be very wary of these folks as their billing practices are suspect.
