Park Plaza Resort - Park City, Ascend Collection Hotel

Lovely stay- the two bedroom suite was clean and organized. We had a peaceful night of sleep. Thank you for the hospitality. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was a short drive to the slopes. After checking out I was able to use the conference room for work for a few hours. I highly recommend this resort.

Check in was easy. Parking is free underground but limited. Plenty of indoor games. Small pool 3ft. Sauna looks well kept. Full kitchens. 100% appreciated perk is shuttle to resort, times are posted at the front desk. Plenty of walkable restaurants

We had a number of packages coming in and it was very difficult to get that information through the people at the front desk. Finally, somebody decided to call us one day and then the other day the person came by we were in the hot tub and then the person asked for an ID while we were in the hot tub before Delivering our package to us. Then when we were getting ready to go skiing when Park City opened, we were trying to get out of the parking garage and there was a cement truck parked in the area where we turn to get out of the parking garage and the workers told us that the people at the hotel we’re supposed to inform us and they never informed us at all so I would say that the customer service in the communication weren’t really good while we stayed there

We booked this hotel for a quick getaway during fall break. It listed a pool which actually turns out to be across the street. The large hot tub was stinky and my entire family said their skin crawled after using it. Swimming was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel but it was a mistake. In addition, our suite was roomy but shabby and needs an update. Adequate towels for a group of seven would have been nice. When I requested an adjustment due to the pool (or, more accurately, non-pool situation), Jeff (at the desk) acknowledged the issues but said no, not their problem or responsibility. Hence, my review. Needless to say, I would not recommend Park Plaza Resort in Park City UT. Response to owner’s comments: Instead of offering up excuses, perhaps you should put your time towards

Got in late that night, gal was nice enough to leave the hot tub area unlocked for us even though it was poss to be locked. They were very helpful. Place was clean and nice. Everything worked in out room, in the morning they had free fresh warm coffee ☕️ in the lobby. Thanks for great stay!!
