Park Place RV Park

I lived here for a little over a year. And is there a lot that goes on yes. But over all the price was not bad for all included and if I had any issue the owner or the property manager would help asap. I see there is a lot of low star reviews mainly for no reason. Please do not skip over this place especially if you are looking for a short term place. It's not for everyone but if you like a small close community this place is right up your ally.

i have lived here a while and am very pleased with the nature an the owners. it is very comfortable here

Nice park but you pay 14 payments in a 12 month period and very high priced. Not that great of a place for the price they charge.

These are the worst landlords I've ever been associated with.They lie to get you in and then change the rules.Nothing is written down ,no contract.So you have no recourse .The caretaker is a perv and mean .Doesn't care about the residents and actually goes out of his way to hurt and destroy residents property such as vehicles and RVs with his riding lawnmower blades down so low that it shoots rocks out everywhere..He's so lazy ,he rides over leaves instead of racking them up.The Lord will deal with these supposed christians .BUYER BEWARE

Thefts, fights, trashy people police always here and the land lord don't care. Land lord is rude to everyone.
