Park Inn by Radisson Sharon, PA

The lobby is beautiful. The front desk clerk was nice. The hotel itself is unclean and unkempt,big bags of garbage in hallways and outside, didn't even have to use the key to get into our building the door was broken and open, carpet is raggedy, I had to sanitize things in remote like remote, etc, the dirt that came of remote! Vent didn't work in bathroom ice machine broken, looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in months!

Checked in and room was 65F. I cycled thermostat and then left for 5 hours. When I came back my card keys did not work. Had to wait 5-6 minutes for someone to show up at front desk. She then re-coded my keys. I went all the way up to 3rd floor and keys did not work again. Went back to front desk and took 25 minutes for someone to show up...had to call 800 number and I think they reached someone. Got into room and still 65F. After 30 minutes I just shut the thermostat off as it was blowing cool air. Woke up to 64F temp in room. No shampoo, just body wash. I realize not expensive to stay, but I do expect at least a minimum level of service, heat in the room and shampoo!! Terrible experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The hotel looked beautiful in the lobby and that’s it. Second floor smells like old cigarettes, and trash. I switched floors and the room I received was nasty. Both wash cloths were dirty and the shower curtain as well dirty. And my bed didn’t have any covers just one sheet. The front desk person was helpful but mean. I had to yell to get there attention because they were on the phone in the back. Once she came to the desk. I asked for new wash cloths and a cover to put on my bed she gave me a look like why are you asking me to do my job. When I asked for the cover she replied is your heat not working. I said it is and that not the point the room should be serviced before I came in there. The remote is also missing so can’t watch TV. This was the worst stay I ever had

We made a reservation for the hotel through Priceline. Priceline listed this as a 3.5 star hotel. This hotel is not even a one star hotel. It is rundown the furniture is mismatched and tacky. We approached the front desk to find out, they did not have three rooms for us. We asked to see the rooms. The first room was being heated by a space heater. The second room they showed us was currently being occupied. On our walk to get to the rooms we saw human vomit in the hallway, a wide open back door, allowing anything in human or animal. And a pool that was a lovely shade of green. We did not spend the night in our attempts to get a refund for the night. We did not stay there. The manager was completely unavailable to approve a refund. It took me over two weeks before Priceline finally said we

Stay away from this hotel. My boyfriend and mom booked two rooms here. The rooms were freezing no heat but a small space heater that didn’t even work. The room was dirty. Couldn’t use the coffee pot as it was filthy with mildew on the bottom of it. No comforter or blanket only a sheet. All doors were unlocked where anyone could walk in. The elevator was broken so elderly people had to climb the steps. The tub had rust in it. There was no breakfast as the kitchen was closed indefinitely. Kids were trying to swim in a freezing cold pool. There was nobody at the check-in desk as it took about an hour for someone to come to the desk. We called the police because we couldn’t find anyone and the police said we were the 7th call about this hotel. Managnent doesn’t work everyday only 2 days a week
